How to Donate
All the dogs in our program need to be vaccinated, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, transported, fed and housed. We must pay the shelters or veterinarians for the vaccinations and spay/neutering. Since German Shepherd Dogs often have additional medical issues, we often accrue other expensive medical costs for x-rays and diagnostic tests. Our Special Needs dogs require even more extensive treatments prior to adoption.
As an all-volunteer organization we rely on donations in order to continue our mission of rescuing and successfully rehoming German Shepherd Dogs. Golden State German Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity so all donations are tax-deductible. We could not exist if not for the generosity of our donors. There are a number of ways you can help:
