This is Zorri! Zorri is a gorgeous, sweet 5 to 6 month old GSD who was surrendered to SF Animal Control after her owners stated they didn't have time for her. In her notes it said she was kept in a crate for 20+hours/day. Aside from super long toenails and what looks like muscle atrophy in her back legs, she came out a fighter! She is learing to walk/run more normal after her toe nails had been trimmed down. Zorri is a little wary of people at first, so slow intros are necessary, but she quickly warms up. She does GREAT with all other dogs, either wants to play with them or just acknowledge and move on. For not being exposed to much, she has shown herself to be a solid puppy and is ready to see what more there is out there! As you can see she loved her first day at the beach and was excellent about checking in and sticking with the pack.
She is currently being fostered with one of our puppy fosters who is also a trainer, so he can work on shedding any insecurities she had from her previous life.
