Mini is a small size GSD mix. She is about 1 years old, is about 45 lbs, and she has a pretty black and tan short coat like a GSD. Mini is housebroken and crate trained, does not dig nor chew, is good with other dogs, and OK with cats with initial supervision. This girl is very loving, and attaches easy to her handler. She appears to be very healthy, happy, and energetic. Mini plays very well with all dogs she has met, is good on walking trails and has been no problem with meeting other dogs. Mini is slightly timid with new people, but warms up quickly and has been good with all people she has met. This girl is very active and playful and would need an active type of home or another dog who enjoys lots of play time. Mini needs structure in her new home and although she loves to play with other dogs, she would be easier to train if she were an only dog. Mini is smart, and highly motivated by food, so she is easy to train. We have given her the basics, now she needs someone who would like to train her and make her their "own." Mini was found in the central California valley by a good samaritan. No owner came forward to claim her and the finder could not keep her. If she had gone to a shelter there, she most likely would not have made it out, so we took her into our program. Mini would be best with someone who has had this type of dog before, and would most likely be best in an adult home due to her energy/training needs of a young dog.
