Ringo is a 15 months old, large male German Shepherd. His prior owner surrendered him to the shelter as they said they had no time for him. Ringo has been good around all the people he has met including children.  He has been good with other dogs, male and female, but does like to play rough so needs to live with a dog with a compatible play style.   He is housebroken but was outdoors most of the time so needs a day or two to adjust to a new routine.  Ringo is a big lover boy type of dog.  He does sometimes get overwhelmed by new things such as walking into the house, or on linoleum, and in those situations will sometimes just lay down and not move.  He is great with all the outdoor things.  He wouild be  great with a confident dog friend to show him the ropes.  Owners with a little patience will be rewarded by the love this large, handsome teddy bear will add to their lives.
