Marie is a young, black and tan, female German Shepherd who is about 1 year old.  Marie is affectionate with people and likes to follow her fosterers around, will take food gently from hands, and happily watches TV in the evenings.  She gets along well with the two chocolate labs in her foster home, sharing well and having a good play style.  Marie is very interested in the cats in her foster home.  She walks on leash and doesn't pull - we are working on heeling.  Marie sits and comes when asked and is learning down and stay.  Marie is coming along nicely with entering her crate at night when asked to do so.  She is house trained and respectful of people's possessions.  Marie will love being with a family who has time to spend with her during the day, taking walks and playing.  Other dogs in the house would not be a problem.
