Donnie is a young, black and tan, male German Shepherd, about 10 months old, who just arrived in our program.  He is a happy boy and loves to be a member of the GSD pack in his foster home.  He has been good with the people he has met.  Donnie is home oriented and likes to check in with his fosterer to make sure he is doing the right thing.  Being puppyish, Donnie is attracted to slippers, hats, etc. so needs his own supply of stuffed animals to play with.  Donnie is gaining some needed weight and getting some needed TLC.  Although he was a neglected outside dog, he is now using the doggy door with ease and should continue once he knows the routine in his new home.
